Top 10 Photos From 2011

If you have been following for a while you know about when I got Niko in February.  I think over the year I have really improved on my photography skills.  I am now able to use my camera completely out of auto mode (insert round of applause here). I have what I consider to be my top 10 photos of the year posted below.  I don’t have them in order that would be difficult to do as I like each of them for different reasons.  I got this idea when I saw a similar post at Brooklyn Limestone.  Enjoy!

I am looking forward to learning more about photography in 2012.  Which one is your favorite?

Today I am thankful for: Taking some time off to rest and a wonderful lunch with Jon today. :)

They are ALL wonderful and artistic, and I really love the one of the 4 ladies at the window. Isn’t photography fun! I just started 3 years ago and wish I had ventured into this endeavor much sooner. Don’t stop! You have a great eye!

Thanks Gere! It is so much fun. The one with the girls looking out the window really captures the moment. They were watching all the guests arrive to the wedding. Happy New Year!

I love Jack. He has so much expression in those eyes. The brown spots over his eyes just make me smile. He needs to be next to Jessie.
